To this end, we build the self-service platform for streaming data pipelines, based on the open-source technology Apache Kafka. What you will do

In our team, sales development representatives work at the early stages of our sales pipeline, qualify inbound leads, and reach out to prospects.

In detail, you will ...

qualify leads from our marketing activites and inbound contact requests for our sales pipeline.

engage with prospects through thoughtful, personalized outreach activities.

manage leads and the early stages of our sales pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot).

schedule and hold meetings with leads.

collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure that we meet our business goals.

have 1 to 2 years of professional experience in sales at a B2B software company.

have experience in a remote work environment.

can quickly understand pain points of potential customers, assess their requirements, and map them to software solutions.

have worked with CRM tools, like HubSpot, in the past.

are proficient in both German and English.

have a positive attitude, have high energy, and are willing to try new approaches.

consider failures as opportunities for learning.

have strong skills in verbal and written communication.

have experience in using tools like Google Workspace.
